## Why Repost Your Vinted Listings?

Reposting your listings helps keep them **at the top of search results** and **notifies your followers** about new items. Republishing involves recreating a listing and deleting the old one to prevent duplicates. This increases the chances of selling the reposted item while attracting more visitors to your closet, which can boost overall sales.

For best results, we recommend reposting your listings at the **end of the day** and on **Sundays** when activity is highest.

## Why Modify the Photos?

Vinted's algorithm checks whether photos have already been posted. To bypass detection and maximize visibility, you can make [photo modifications using the editor](/docs/photo-modifications).

## Repost History

If you've already used Dotb to repost an item, a **history of reposts** will be visible in the item box. This history helps you track past modifications and make further changes if needed, reducing the risk of Vinted flagging your item as **reposted**.

## Reduce price while reposting

When reposting an item, you can choose to **reduce the price** by a certain amount or percentage. If you already reduced the price on a previous repost, it will show in the price preview table.

## Repost a Sold Item Not Saved in Dotb

Since the Vinted update on April 25, 2025, you can no longer repost a sold item that wasn’t saved in Dotb.

To repost it, first **duplicate the sold item**, then **manually fill in missing fields** such as shipping type, sizes, and colors. Once that’s done, you can repost the item as usual.

After reposting, the item will be automatically saved in Dotb for future use.

## Duplicate Listings

Dotb allows you to **duplicate a listing** with just one click. This feature is especially useful when you need to quickly create multiple listings within the same category or generate different **size** and **color** variations of an item.

By duplicating a listing into a draft, you can **save time** and streamline your workflow when managing multiple similar items.

## Replace Saved Listing Pictures

Dotb allows you to replace the saved pictures of a listing.
You can either replace all saved pictures with the current Vinted listing pictures, or update multiple pictures at once.
It’s also possible to download all saved pictures of a listing as a ZIP file.
