## Why Use Smart Offers?

When you are not available to respond to offers, you might miss out on a sale. By automating the process, you can ensure that offers that meet your criteria are accepted or countered promptly.

## How Does Dotb’s "Smart Offers" Feature Work?

Dotb scans your inbox for new offers and processes them based on your predefined rules. You can choose to process past inbox or focus only on **new offers**.

### How to enable smart offers for a listing.

In the Dressing Panel, click the `Columns` button and activate the `Accept Offers` `Min Offers` and `Counter Offers` columns. You can then set if you should accept the offers automatically for this item and how much.

You can also enable smart offers for multiple listings at once using the bulk tool. Select listings then click on the button `Bulk Actions` > `Automations` > `Smart Offers`
