Three ways to bulk upload to Vinted
Creating listings one at a time in the Vinted form is slow when you have a large stock to put online. Dotb gives you three ways to prepare many listings in advance and publish them with the extension, so you can batch the work instead of repeating it.
1. Google Sheets and CSV import
Install the Dotb Google Sheets add-on, load your Vinted listings that are already saved in Dotb, and export them to a sheet. You can then edit the data in the spreadsheet and import it back into Dotb as a CSV file. The file must follow the same format as the Dotb export, and the documentation links a public sample sheet.
The CSV supports the usual Vinted fields, such as title, description, brand, colors, catalog, size, status, package size, price, currency and up to 20 photos. Photos must be publicly accessible URLs. If you tick the option to save to Dotb after import, extra Dotb fields can be set too, such as SKU, restock settings, minimum and counter offer prices, and purchase price.
Selling from a Shopify store? Dotb also supports importing a Shopify CSV file, and our Shopify to Vinted CSV converter can help you prepare the file.
2. Dashboard Listing Creator
If you prefer forms to spreadsheets, create listings from the Dotb dashboard. Choose the Vinted account, fill in the photos, title, description, category and price, and save. When you are ready, open Pending import items in the extension, select a listing and click Import. The extension fills in the Vinted form automatically.
3. The public API
For developers, the Dotb public REST API creates listings on Dotb from your own scripts. Requests use a personal API token, and the interactive reference lists every endpoint.
