Impersonating other users or entities, including but not limited to Dotb employees or representatives, is not permitted.
Do not engage in spam, send unsolicited promotional content or any other form of disruptive communication.
Users are responsible for the content they submit, ensuring it complies with applicable laws, regulations and our terms of use. Any content that violates these guidelines may be removed at our discretion, and the user’s account may be suspended or terminated.

By using our website, you agree to abide by these guidelines and take responsibility for any consequences that may arise from violating them.

User Generated Content

Dotb allows users to submit various types of content, including but not limited to reviews, comments and images. By submitting content to our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You retain ownership of the content you submit and are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality and appropriateness.
By submitting content, you grant Dotb a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting our services. This license remains valid even if you stop using our website or delete your account.
You represent and warrant that the content you submit does not infringe any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights or trademarks, of any third party. You agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from using or submitting content that infringes these rights.
Dotb reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove any content that we deem to violate these terms of use, any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.

Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Dotb features use artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate content such as product descriptions or messages.

AI-generated content is provided “as is”, without warranty of accuracy, relevance or completeness.
You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
You remain fully responsible for the content you publish on Vinted or elsewhere, even if it was generated by our AI tools.
It is forbidden to use our AI features to generate illegal, misleading, defamatory content or spam.

Intellectual Property Rights

Dotb respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Our website and its content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics and logos, are the property of Dotb or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

By using our website, you agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit our content or any third-party content available on our website without the express written permission of Dotb or the respective owner.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed or used without permission on our website, please contact us at hello@dotb.io with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
A description of the location of the allegedly infringing material on our website;
Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number and email address;
A statement from you that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
A statement from you, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will review your claim and take appropriate action, including removing the allegedly infringing material if necessary.

Account Termination and Deletion

Dotb reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of these terms of use or any applicable law or regulation;
Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or account creation;
Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities;
Disrupting the operation of our website or services.

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will cease immediately, and your account may be deleted, along with any associated content. Dotb will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the termination of your account or the deletion of your content.

If you wish to voluntarily delete your account, please contact us at hello@dotb.io, and we will assist you in the process. Please note that deleting your account may result in loss of access to certain features and deletion of any content associated with your account.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have concerns or disputes regarding our website, services or these terms of use, we encourage you to contact us at hello@dotb.io. We will do our best to address your concerns and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through communication with Dotb, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts of France. These terms of use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By using our website and services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or your use of our website.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Dotb provides its website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or services will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, or that the content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dotb and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our website or services, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrade and Downgrade Terms

For our free trial, we explain the length of the trial when you sign up. We don’t ask for your credit card and — just like for customers who pay for our services — we don’t sell your data. After the trial period, you must pay in advance to continue using the service. If you don’t pay, we will freeze your account and it will be inaccessible until you make payment. If your account is frozen for 60 days, we will queue it for automatic cancellation.

If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid plan, we will charge you immediately and your billing cycle will start on the day of the upgrade.

Paying customers are automatically billed by credit card. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan level at any time in your account settings. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or capacity on your account. Dotb accepts no responsibility for such loss.

Our payment process is handled by our payment processor Stripe. Stripe handles customer service requests and manages refunds. All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies or duties imposed by tax authorities. Stripe will collect these taxes on behalf of the tax authority and remit them to the tax authorities. Fees paid hereunder are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, without having to give reasons.

However, by agreeing that access to the service begins immediately after your subscription, you acknowledge expressly waiving your right of withdrawal. This waiver is confirmed during the payment process and in the order confirmation email.

If you have not consented to the immediate start of the service, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at hello@dotb.io within 14 days of your subscription.

Changes to Service and Prices

We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the service with or without notice.

Sometimes we change the pricing structure of our products. When we do, we tend to exempt existing customers from these changes. However, we may choose to change prices for existing customers. If so, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the email address on file.

Dotb shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms of use or your use of our website and services.

We are not affiliated with or certified by Vinted. Vinted is a registered trademark of ©Vinted. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise with Vinted or any other third party.

Changes to Terms of Use

Dotb reserves the right to modify or change these terms of use at any time and at our sole discretion. All changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated terms of use on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after posting any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
