The Orders Panel is your central hub for managing Vinted sales efficiently. It streamlines time-consuming tasks like processing shipping labels, reviewing orders, and tracking your business data.

Key features:

• Bulk shipping labels – Generate, annotate, and merge multiple labels at once
• CSV export – Export order data for accounting and inventory management
• Bulk reviews – Leave feedback for multiple orders with optional upsell messages
• Smart filtering – Search by name or filter by order status
• Transaction tracking – Load detailed transaction data for comprehensive analysis

🚚 Generate, Annotate, Merge Shipping Labels in Bulk

You can select multiple orders and download all shipping labels at once, instead of generating them one by one. This is a huge time saver when preparing multiple shipments.

If you don’t use the merge feature, each label will be downloaded separately as an individual file with a descriptive filename. For example: vinted-go_t-shirt-nirvana-XL-black_SKU-123_location.pdf

In addition, you can annotate your labels with useful details such as transaction IDs, SKUs, SKUs & Locations, item titles, or the last 10 characters of item titles directly printed on the label itself. This helps you organize and identify packages when preparing shipments.

Label annotations can be configured in your Extension Settings.

📊 Export Orders as CSV

Dotb allows you to export your orders as a CSV file with detailed data.

Note: To export more than the last 20 orders with complete data, first load all orders by selecting them, then click the Load Transactions button at the top right of the panel.

About Dotb Fields

Purchase price, SKUs, and locations are only populated if you filled in the price information in the Dressing Panel.

For Vinted Pro Sellers

Vinted Pro sellers have access to additional buyer information, including:

• Buyer email
• Buyer name
• Buyer postal code
• Buyer city
• Buyer country
• Buyer address line 1
• Buyer address line 2

This feature is especially useful for:

• Accounting purposes, ensuring tax compliance
• Inventory management, tracking your best-selling items
• Managing multiple Vinted accounts more efficiently

You can select multiple orders to leave feedback with a star rating and include an optional upsell message to encourage repeat purchases.
