🔄 Restocker

This feature is only available with the Boutique plan.

Dotb’s Restocker feature allows you to automatically restock sold listings on Vinted, saving time and helping you avoid missed sales.

Why automatically restock sold listings?

Vinted does not support inventory management or quantity tracking. If you sell multiple units of the same item, you normally have to repost the listing manually after each sale. This is inefficient and can lead to lost sales if you’re not available to do it right away.

Dotb’s Restocker automates this process: your stock is tracked on Dotb, and listings are automatically reposted each time an item sells.

How does the Restocker feature work?

Dotb regularly scans your Vinted orders. If a sold listing has restock enabled, it will be automatically reposted based on your settings and remaining stock.

How to enable restock for a listing

In the Dressing Panel, click the Columns button and activate the restock and restock quantity columns. You can then set how many units you want to keep in stock for each item.

You can also enable restock for multiple listings at once using the bulk restock tool.

Restocker settings

Most settings are straightforward, but here are a few key details:

Stock management: You can see which listings have restock enabled and how many units remain. If you update the stock while Restocker is running, it will account for the change and repost the listing accordingly.
Backlog Order: This defines how far back Dotb should look for past orders when starting the Restocker. Useful if you restart the Restocker and want to process recent sales that occurred while it was inactive.
Repost Settings: Works just like Dotb’s regular repost logic. For every sale, Dotb applies the next available repost setting. Once all preset settings have been used, the listing will be reposted without changes. I recommend preparing enough repost settings to cover your expected sales volume.
