Two ways Dotb uses AI on Vinted
Selling on Vinted comes down to two repetitive jobs: writing good listings, and answering the stream of buyer messages and offers that follow. Dotb applies AI to both.
The first is the AI Listing Generator. You upload your product photos, and the AI analyzes them to detect the brand, color, material and condition. From that it writes an eye-catching title and a detailed description, so you do not have to start from a blank text field for every item. It combines information from all your images, so more photos give a more accurate listing. It also describes visible defects honestly, which helps set the right expectations for buyers.
The second is the Smart Agent. It continuously scans your Vinted inbox for new messages and offers, then decides what to do based on your configuration. A short, randomized delay between checks keeps the activity looking natural.
Configure the agent to sound like you
- Instructions are short rules that shape how the agent responds, such as never negotiating the price in chat and redirecting to Vinted offers.
- Q&A lets you add questions and answers once, with an optional picture, and the agent reuses them to reply to buyers.
- Shipping tells the agent which days you ship and whether same-day shipping is possible.
- Settings let you pick the AI provider and response style, the response language, limits per buyer, and buyer filters.
Test before you go live
