To prevent Vinted from recognizing a reposted listing, it is recommended to modify the photos. Dotb’s built-in photo editor makes these adjustments quick and easy.
When you repost an item, Dotb saves the original photos, so you always start from a clean version. This prevents quality loss from modifications stacking up over multiple reposts.
Flips the image horizontally. This can only be used once per photo, making it best suited for cross-account reposts. Not ideal for branded items (Nike, Adidas, etc.) where mirrored logos would look off.
Swaps the background of your photos. This requires that the original pictures saved in Dotb have a transparent background. Dotb has an option to remove backgrounds with AI Background Removal.
Requires at least the Closet AI plan.
Costs approximately 0.034€ per photo. Prompt can be defined by the user.
Skews the photo by a few degrees and adds a frame. This is one of the most effective methods to prevent Vinted from recognizing photos.
