πŸ’³ Manage Your Dotb Subscription

All subscription management is done directly from your Dotb dashboard. Here’s how to handle common tasks.

Upgrade / Downgrade Your Subscription

You can switch between plans at any time to match your needs.

  1. Go to your Dotb Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Click Manage Billing on Stripe
  4. Click Update
  5. Select the plan you want to switch to
  6. Confirm the change

Upgrade: Your new plan takes effect immediately and you’ll be charged the prorated difference.

Downgrade: The change takes effect immediately and the difference will be credited to your Dotb account.

Cancel Your Dotb Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your dashboard.

  1. Go to your Dotb Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Click Manage Billing on Stripe
  4. Click Cancel subscription

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Get Your Invoices

You can access and download all your invoices directly from your dashboard.

  1. Go to your Dotb Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing
  3. Click Manage Billing on Stripe
  4. Scroll and Download any invoice
