📦 Orders Management

This feature is only available from the Closet plan.

The Orders Sync feature allows you to automatically synchronize your Vinted orders with Dotb. This ensures your sales data stays up to date without manual intervention. Order sync can also automatically download shipping labels and send messages when doing so.

How to Sync Your Orders

Set up order sync in a few steps:

1. Open the Automation Panel in Dotb
2. Configure the Order Sync settings according to your preferences
3. Click Save to apply your settings
4. Click Start to begin synchronizing your orders

Once started, your orders will sync automatically as long as the automation is running.

Orders Overview

The Orders Overview on your Dotb dashboard gives you a cross-account summary of all your sales. View key stats — revenue, number of orders, average price — across all your Vinted accounts at a glance. Switch between different timeframes to track your performance over time.

Orders Panel

The Orders Panel lets you manage all your orders across multiple Vinted accounts in one place. View order details, download shipping labels from multiple accounts at once in thermal format, add notes to orders, and check sending deadlines. Search, filter, and sort your orders to quickly find what you need.

Accounting

The Accounting section helps you stay on top of your finances. Generate reports per quarter or per month, with optional VAT calculation. Export your data as a CSV summary of the calculations or as a full CSV export of all your orders.
