💬 Quick Replies

Available on all plans, including the trial.

Quick Replies let you save the messages you write most often (thank-you notes, shipping updates, size questions) and paste them into any Vinted conversation with a single click from the Dotb extension.

Each quick reply is attached to a Vinted account, but the extension can show replies from the current account only or from all your connected Vinted accounts, so you can reuse the same templates everywhere.

Creating a Quick Reply

1. Open Quick Replies on a Vinted chat
2. Click New quick reply
3. Give it a title (how you’ll recognize it in the list) and the message text
4. Save. It’s now available in your chat.

The most-used replies automatically move to the top of the list, so your favorite templates stay one click away.

Using a Quick Reply in a Conversation

1. Open Quick Replies on a Vinted chat
2. Pick the reply you want. The text is injected into the chat box, ready to edit or send.

Managing Your Quick Replies

From the Quick Replies screen you can:

• Edit a reply to update its title or message
• Delete replies you no longer need
